in the midst of a clash of the bright colors, i must admit, i'm afraid for my life. and by that i mean, I'M OVER IT!!! it was cute while it lasted, but now it's just obnoxious. so is there life after brights? well yes, there is, and it is called pastels. and the caution tape yellow current nail polish phenomenon is the perfect catalyst. it is really had to find that perfect shade of neon yellow, and believe me, i have tried. thus, i for-see people taking the short cut and settling for muted golds and pale yellows, which are in the 90 cent bins at any drug store. yesterday i went to walmart and stocked up on pastel shades from the classy bon-bon collection. baby blue, MINT GREEN (!!!), silver, and baby pink. watch out! they are about to take over. oh, and i also got some sweet pal pink vertical crossover mary-janes yesterday for 45 cents. i love kentucky!
